DAVAO CITY — In commemoration of the 14th anniversary of the Maguindanao Massacre, a moment of silence was observed to pay tribute to the victims. Concurrently, the 2nd Marine Brigade (2MBde) celebrated its post-73rd Marine Birthday on November 17, 2023, under the leadership of BGen. Romeo T. Racadio PN(M), at the 2MBde Headquarters. Lt. Gen. William N. Gonzales PA, Commander of the Western Mindanao Command (WMC), graced the occasion as the Guest of Honor and Speaker.
In a separate event, the Third Party Monitoring Team (TPMT) presented its 8th Public Report on the Bangsamoro Peace Process at the Dusit Thani Residence in Davao City on Thursday morning. Conducting the proceedings, Heino Marius led discussions, highlighting both the achievements and challenges encountered from February 2022 to October 2023.
