In May 23, 2023, The 47th session of the Third Party Monitoring Team (TPMT) was held to assess the implementation status of the Peace Agreements between the Government of the Philippines and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front.
A notable highlight of the session was the valuable opportunity for the TPMT to engage with Bainon Karon, Chairperson of the Bangsamoro Women Commission (BWC). Chairperson Karon provided insightful information about her achievements thus far and her future plans in her role with the BWC.
